For individual transfers within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA):

For individual transfers within the Single Euro Payments Area (EU states as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, Vatican City State and the United Kingdom), the bank details from the respective participant registration apply.

This IBAN specified therein must only be used for the payment of the conference fee of the participant named therein. It is a multifunctional account number that automatically assigns the participant number with the payment received.

For individual transfers outside the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA):

For individual transfers outside the Single Euro Payments Area (all states except EU states as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino, Andorra, Vatican City State and the United Kingdom), the following bank details apply:

For credit card payment: 

For payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) please use the personalised link from the respective participant registration.

The link provided there contains the participant number and the amount to be paid, which automatically assigns the participant number with the payment received. This link can only be used for the payment of the conference fee of the participant named therein.

For combined bank transfer:

The processing of combined bank transfers takes more time than individual transfers, so please observe the following instructions.

Information for conference participants:

  • Please register online well ahead of the deadlines to benefit from the early bird fee.
  • If conference fees for other conference participants are to be transferred in a combined transfer, please forward the participant registration immediately to the person or office responsible for the combined transfer (remitter).

Information for remittors:

We kindly ask for an early notification of the payment to the the accounting department of Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft, by e-mail () or fax (+49-(0)2224-9232-50).

All conference participants receive a confirmation of registration with booking and payment information by e-mail with their personal participant number and amount to be paid. We require these data in order to book the amounts correctly.

Fees paid in a combined bank transfer without prior notification cannot be processed.

Deadlines for combined bank transfer are those mentioned in the confirmation of registration and on the deadline-page.
