Conference Office

The conference office and the information desk are located in seminar room 0.168 (ground floor) of the Oeconomicum building (opposite the main entrance to the main lecture hall building).

The opening hours of the conference office are:

Monday 31.03.2025 08:00 - 19:00
Tuesday 01.04.2025 08:00 - 16:45
Wednesday 02.04.2025 08:00 - 16:45
Thursday 03.04.2025 08:00 - 16:45
Friday 04.04.2025 08:00 - 12:00

When you check-in at the conference office, you will receive a conference bag with the printed short programme of the conference, your conference ID card (receipt/payment slip for the paid conference fee as well as proof of participation), your name tag and vouchers for food and drinks for the welcome evening.

Please wear your name tag visibly at all times during the conference, as it identifies you as a conference participant.

The organisers, the staff of the conference desk and the student assistants will be identifiable by name tags or Ф-Tshirts in a uniform colour and they are available as contact persons for questions.

Express Check-In

Conference participants who have registered in good time and already paid the conference fee will receive their confirmation of payment at the latest one week before the conference. This confirmation contains a QR code.

Please have the confirmation in printed form, in electronic form on your smartphone or in the DPG conference app ready for check-in. With the QR code you can use the express check-in at the conference office and print out your conference ID card and name tag yourself. You will receive your conference bag with these printouts.

This process will speed up the registration procedure in the conference office. Nevertheless, waiting times are to be expected. Please plan enough time and have your payment confirmation ready by arrival.
