The welcome evening will be held on Monday, 31 March 2025, 18:45 - 21:30, in the foyer of the central lecture hall centre, to which all registered participants are kindly invited.

Snacks and drinks will be served. Vouchers for food and drinks are handed out at the registration.

Check in at the conference office in good time (08:00 to 19:00) and do not miss the opportunity to meet people in an informal atmosphere.

Please wear your name tag, which you will have received during registration.

The local "Young DPG" will organise a Science Slam during the Welcome Evening.
